Help with Thynkr

Support

Thynkr is a quiet ritual for clearer thinking. If something interrupts that ritual, the way back should be simple.

Email support is available.

Do not include reflection text, authentication tokens, invite codes, or other sensitive information in a support request.

Contact

Support email: thynkrapp@gmail.com

Response expectation: Thynkr aims to send an initial response within three business days. Complex account, safety, privacy, or App Store matters may take longer to resolve.

Moderation and escalation owner: Miguel Fierro Muñoz.

When contacting support, include the app version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, and the step where the problem occurred. Never email reflection text, authentication tokens, invite codes, or other sensitive content.

A ritual did not sync

  1. Confirm the device has a network connection.
  2. Open Settings in Thynkr and review the sync status.
  3. Use Retry if it appears.
  4. Confirm the same Apple account is connected on both devices.

Do not delete the app while a guest ritual exists only on that device. If sync still fails, email support and share timestamps or visible record identifiers—never the reflection text.

Resume did not appear

Thynkr automatically restores only an interrupted active thinking period, including its question, elapsed time, and drafts. Conclusion and private-reflection drafts wait in Open Sessions for intentional resume. A completed or deliberately discarded ritual should not return.

A nudge is unavailable

Nudges are optional. Thynkr prefers an Apple on-device model when available. A signed-in account may use a limited Gemini cloud fallback that receives only the ritual question and basic prompt settings, never the conclusion or private reflection. Guest sessions and failed cloud requests use a built-in nudge, so the core ritual remains usable.

Reminders are not arriving

Check Thynkr Settings first, then iOS Settings → Notifications → Thynkr. Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, and system settings can delay or silence reminders. Thynkr reminders do not contain question, conclusion, or reflection text.

Account help and deletion

Sign in with Apple provides the account connection used for Supabase-backed sync and recovery. The core ritual can also be used without an account.

For full deletion steps and the current fallback status, visit Delete your Thynkr account.

Purchases and subscriptions

When subscriptions are enabled, prices and offer eligibility come from the App Store. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial on the annual plan; the Apple confirmation sheet controls eligibility, the post-trial price, and renewal terms. The monthly plan does not include that annual-plan trial. Use Restore Purchases in Thynkr if active access is missing. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting a Thynkr account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund decisions. Share the product and approximate transaction date with support, but never send complete payment details.

Safety boundary

Thynkr is a guided-thinking tool, not an emergency or crisis service and not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Ether and asynchronous Shared Rituals are available in the current beta. Use the in-app Report or Block controls for shared-content concerns. Shared Rituals are not live synchronous multiplayer.

Privacy

Read the Thynkr Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and the account deletion instructions.
